The first steps

Our new team members begin with a basic training session where they learn the guidelines and principles we work by. Afterward, everyone receives training materials specific to their field and daily tasks, helping them fully understand their responsibilities.

Personalized support

Specialized roles

Specialized positions (e.g., managerial, warehouse, procurement, or HR roles) come with a detailed handbook covering all important aspects of the role. The onboarding process is overseen by the HR manager, with practical support provided by a designated mentor.

Office roles

Office roles include a detailed onboarding schedule with deadlines, objectives, and mentor contact information, so you know exactly what’s expected and where to find support.

Physical roles

Physical roles, if you lack prior experience, involve assigning an experienced colleague to guide you through the onboarding process and teach you everything you need to know.

Depending on your position, we provide all necessary workwear that aligns with the Lajta | Szig professional appearance. For intellectual roles, for example, you’ll receive a shirt, round-neck polo, sweater, and safety boots to ensure you can work comfortably and safely.
