Design Consultation

Even if the plans have already been prepared, we gladly support the implementation to ensure the project is carried out as efficiently and economically as possible. Even if a plan already exists, we are happy to contribute to its realization; however, for optimal results, we recommend involving us from the very beginning. With our extensive construction experience, we can propose solutions that make the project even more efficient and cost-effective.

Quotation Coordination

When presenting quotations, we ensure that each cost item is transparent and understandable. During the coordination process, we answer all questions and finalize the costs and deadlines together, ensuring the client’s peace of mind and confidence.

Timeline Development and Handover

We prepare a detailed schedule that includes every step of the project, key milestones, and deadlines. This timeline ensures transparency and predictability throughout the entire process for both parties.

Project Kick-Off Meeting

Before construction begins, we hold an internal project kick-off meeting where all involved teams review every detail of the project. We clarify communication channels, site-specific requirements, and safety regulations to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated start to the work.

Edge Bending and Surface Treatment

The production of the cladding elements is carried out with our Variobend EB 6.1.5 bending machine, which guarantees fast and precise manufacturing of even the most complex profiles. The bent sheets are used to cover joints, gates, doors, and parapets, forming an integral part of the building’s facade. Shot blasting and painting ensure corrosion protection and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Cladding Installation

We cover the building facade with modern sandwich panels, trapezoidal sheets, and other cladding elements that provide both thermal and acoustic insulation. Thanks to the materials’ durability and attractive appearance, the building stands out both functionally and visually.

Closure and Handover

At the end of the project, we carry out a thorough technical inspection and hand over all related documentation, including protocols, certificates, and technical data sheets. During the handover, we review every detail with the client and ensure that all their questions are answered.
